Ward Francev JrFuel “C” Neumann-Farr-Notzka team # 7066

Ward is driving a John Farr built 225 “ WB light weight dragster on loan from the Neumann-Farr-Notzka team, with an all iron non-raised runner 23° SBC engine on loan from Bob McKray Performance. The N/F/N team is letting their good friend Ward run their old car they raced for the last 8 years, since John Farr built and all new light weight JF “B” car for the 2016 season.

Ward is back racing JrFuel after a 10 year break. Ward is a retired, after 22 years as an auto shop teacher in Whittier, Ca. Ward started drag racing in 1966 with his 58 Chevy, a 67 GTO, a 59 Vette gasser, Gary Gagle 27’ roadster, he raced a 40 Willys with his brother OZ in 69.

Ward raced JrFuel from 2001 to 2005 in the GoodGuys series. For last 7 years he has been racing his 27’ roadster in NE-1.
